Bamboo Steamer Basket 15.2 cm


This bamboo steamer basket (15.2 cm) from the professional brand Vogue allows you to cook your food in a healthy way thanks to a traditional steam cooking method on two levels with a lid. It can be used to cook rice, Chinese dumplings, vegetables, meat, or fish while preserving the flavor of the food and its nutritional qualities. Usage tips: Cut your food into equal sizes to ensure even cooking and place them in the basket without overlapping. Close the lid. Boil water in a smaller pot than the basket so you can place the basket on top once the water boils. Cook over medium heat, making sure the water does not touch the basket. The cooking time depends on the food (between 10 and 30 minutes). Place foods requiring longer cooking time in the lower basket. Cleaning tip: By placing parchment paper in the basket before placing the food, they will not stick to the surface and you can clean the basket more easily. Wash with a sponge. This steamer basket can be used with the 0.7L Vogue aluminum pot (product code: K973) measuring 12 cm in diameter.
