Tomato-Mozzarella Cutter

This Tomato-Mozzarella Cutter is an innovation from the French brand Tellier. It can indeed slice mozzarella cleanly and precisely, in addition to tomatoes. It allows you to have a consistent slicing of 5.5 mm thickness, at a rate of 3.5 kg/min, which is one piece every 2.5 seconds, for increased productivity.

Its 11 blades are corrugated and do not stick to the product, thus avoiding material loss.

The skin and substance of the food are delicately, cleanly, and effortlessly pierced, thanks to the adjusted pusher and the fine and closely spaced teeth.

For optimal hygiene, this tomato-mozzarella cutter is made of stainless steel and PEHD for the pusher, making it very easy to clean.

Its cart is also raised to eject the slices into a GN H65 tray (not provided).

Supplied with a table clamp and a safety pin. Made in France.
