This Polar model is an excellent choice for hygienic access to refrigerated ingredients in sandwich shops, pizzerias, and small restaurants. With precise digital controls In addition to its robust stainless steel construction, it is easy to use, clean, and maintain and uses powerful refrigeration technology that keeps food cool even when ambient temperatures are high - perfect for hot summer days or busy professional kitchens. NB: GN containers sold separately. Polar Series G refrigerated display cases are designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With solid commercial construction and high-quality materials, Series G display cases are the top range in terms of reliability and performance. Choose Series G if you need a robust unit that excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. Is the ingredient display case delivered fully assembled? To avoid transport-related damage, the glass breath guard is not attached to the refrigerated unit upon delivery. Some light assembly is required before use. Can it hold different sizes of GN containers? The display case is designed to accept 3x GN 1/3 and 1x GN 1/2. Although different combinations are compatible, this configuration will ensure optimal unit operation. Can the display case be used without the glass surround? Yes, the unit height without the glass breath guard is 225 mm.
