The refrigerated top section can accommodate 5 GN 1/6 trays of 15cm depth (sold separately) to hold your pizza toppings, salads, or sandwiches. This highly reliable preparation counter is designed for daily professional use and is easy to clean thanks to its robust stainless steel construction and removable door seals. Polar Series G refrigerated furniture is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a strong commercial construction and robust compressors, choose Series G refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that will be frequently opened. The Polar Series G range excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. Is the top section for ingredients refrigerated? Yes, the food in the top section benefits from the main unit's refrigeration. What is the maximum capacity of the top section? The top section can accommodate 5 GN 1/6 trays up to 150mm deep, providing nearly 11 liters of total storage capacity. Can the Series G counter be mounted on wheels? Yes, although the unit is supplied as standard with adjustable feet. Wheels are sold separately through the Spare Parts and Accessories tab.
