Vacuümkoker - 16 liter

Deze vacuümkoker maakt het mogelijk om voedsel op lage temperatuur te koken zonder toevoeging van zout of vet, met elektronische instelling van de tijd en temperatuur.

De temperatuurbereik is van 25°C tot 90°C. De tijd is ook instelbaar tussen 0 minuten en 99 uur, met de mogelijkheid om het tot op de minuut nauwkeurig in te stellen.

Het garandeert een nauwkeurig gedefinieerde kooktijd en nooit droog voedsel.

Het is uitgerust met een roestvrijstalen tank, die tot 16 liter voedsel kan bevatten en een geluidssignaal timer.

U heeft een geheugenfunctie met 5 posities en een programmeerbare tijd in intervallen van 1 minuut, 10 minuten, 30 minuten.

Geschikt voor continu professioneel gebruik.
