Ideal für Gastronomieprofis, diese Vorbereitungstheke ist nach den höchsten kommerziellen Standards gebaut und verfügt über ein leistungsstarkes Umluftkühlsystem, ideal zur Reduzierung des Risikos von Lebensmittelverderb und zur Erhaltung von Geschmack und Nährwert. Wenn Sie planen, Ihren Schrank sehr häufig zu öffnen, hält das Kühlsystem Polar U-Series zuverlässig eine konstante Kälte in Umgebungen mit Umgebungstemperaturen von bis zu 40°C.

Robust und zuverlässig, ermöglicht Ihnen die Polar U-Series Vorbereitungstheke mit 2 Türen die Zubereitung von Pizzen, Sandwiches, Wraps und vielem mehr, alles an einem Ort. Schneller Zugriff auf den gekühlten Gastronorm-Bereich, die große Arbeitsfläche und das große, umkehrbare weiße Schneidebrett. Außenseite aus Edelstahl und isolierter Deckel. Vollautomatische Steuerung und konstante digitale Anzeige. Wird mit 2 großen Regalen (425mm x 538mm) geliefert.

Obwohl Sie GN-Behälter auf den Innenregalen platzieren können, ist das Hauptfach nicht direkt mit GN kompatibel. Der obere Teil kann 12 GN 1/6-Behälter aufnehmen, was fast 20 Liter Stauraum oben bedeutet. Der Zubereitungskühlschrank ist darauf ausgelegt, mit geschlossenem Deckel am besten zu funktionieren. Nach Beendigung des Service hält der Deckel die Temperatur in der Einheit aufrecht, um die Betriebskosten zu senken. Offene Vorbereitungstheken sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Mit den entsprechenden Abstandshaltern kann der obere Teil bis zu GN 1/1-Behälter aufnehmen.
