Ideal für Profis in der Gastronomie, dieses Set aus 8 Messern mit Etui ist ein hochwertiges Messer für alle Arten von Lebensmitteln: Gemüse, Obst, Fleisch, Fisch, Brot und Gebäck. Sehr scharfe, perfekt ausbalancierte Messer mit einer Klinge aus rostfreiem X50CrMoV15-Stahl - für eine ausgezeichnete Schärfe und hohe Verschleißfestigkeit. Stoßfeste ergonomische Griffe aus ABS, die Stöße standhalten.

Der doppelseitige Koffer enthält 8 Dick-Messer: ein 22 cm langes Kochmesser (Premier Plus), ein 18 cm langes flexibles Filetiermesser (Premier Plus), ein 15 cm langes Ausbeinmesser (Premium-Serie), ein 10 cm langes Officemesser (Premium-Serie), ein Vogelschnabelmesser (Premium-Serie), eine 25 cm lange Zange, einen Doppellöffel und einen ovalen 25 cm langen Schleifstein.

Set wird in einer robusten und abschließbaren Box geliefert.
