Elektrische Chrom-Plancha auf Schrank - Serie 700 - 800 mm

Entdecken Sie die elektrische Plancha CombiSteel Serie 700, das unverzichtbare Werkzeug für Gastronomen, die Lebensmittel perfekt zubereiten möchten. Ausgestattet mit hochleistungsfähigen Brennern und einer 15 mm dicken Stahlplatte bietet diese Plancha eine 3 mm dicke Edelstahl-Kochfläche. Ein Auffangbehälter für Fette aus Edelstahl befindet sich im Schrank, und die Kochfläche ist geneigt, um die Reinigung zu erleichtern. Die Kochfläche ist gleichmäßig und verfügt über einen Behälter für Altöl. Sie ist mit einem Thermostat zur Temperaturregelung und einem thermoelektrischen Sicherheitssystem verbunden mit dem Brenner ausgestattet. Die Isolierung des Geräts verhindert Wärmeverluste maximal.
