Die Gastronomieprofis, die Umweltfreundlichkeit und Effizienz verbinden möchten, finden in den ovalen Schalen aus Bagasse mit 850 ml eine ideale Lösung. Diese Schalen, die aus nachhaltigen Materialien bestehen, werden vollständig aus Zuckerrohrresten hergestellt, einer erneuerbaren Ressource, die zur Reduzierung des CO2-Fußabdrucks beiträgt.

Die Wahl von Bagasse, das gemäß der Norm EN13432 als kommerziell kompostierbar zertifiziert ist, trägt nicht nur zur Kreislaufwirtschaft bei, sondern bietet auch ein atmungsaktives Produkt, das die Qualität der transportierten Lebensmittel bewahrt. Im Gegensatz zu traditionellen Materialien wie Polystyrol verhindert Bagasse Kondensation und hält die Lebensmittel warm, ohne sie aufzuweichen, was eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für einen effizienten Liefer- und Take-away-Service ist.

Mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 0,85 Liter und einer Länge von 243 mm bei einer Höhe von 61 mm halten diese Schalen verschiedenen Nutzungsbedingungen stand, von der Tiefkühlung bis zum Backen im Ofen oder in der Mikrowelle, und bieten so maximale Flexibilität bei der Zubereitung und Aufbewahrung von Gerichten.

Für eine vollständige Lösung sind diese Schalen auch mit den recycelbaren PET-Deckeln von Fiesta (Referenz GEHW630) kompatibel, die eine sichere Aufbewahrung und einen sicheren Transport der Lebensmittel gewährleisten und dank ihrer Recycelbarkeit im ökologischen Ansatz bleiben.
