Wasserbad für Schokolade - 1,5 L

Dieses Wasserbad für Schokolade ist das ideale Produkt für Gastronomen, die in ihrer kulinarischen Arbeit eine optimale Qualität genießen möchten. Hergestellt aus Edelstahl 18/10 und ABS-Kunststoff für eine höhere Haltbarkeit, ist es perfekt geeignet, um Hochwertige Überzüge herzustellen und diese stundenlang auf der gewünschten Temperatur zu halten. Ideal für einen glänzenden Überzug für Kuchen, Torten, Cake Pops, Muffins usw., verfügt es über eine Temperaturregelung durch Thermostat von 0°C bis 60°C.

Zusätzlich ist es mit einem GN 1/6-Behälter mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 1,5 L und einem herausnehmbaren Deckel aus Edelstahl 18/10 ausgestattet. Diese sind leicht zu reinigen und spülmaschinenfest. Dieses Wasserbad ist mit einem 3D-Heizsystem ausgestattet: Die Wärme wird gleichmäßig über die gesamte Oberfläche des Behälters verteilt für optimale Ergebnisse. Seine Anzeigelampe leuchtet auf, sobald die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist. Einfach zu bedienen, dieses Gerät hat eine lange Lebensdauer.
