The Smooth Chrome Gas Plancha - 700 - 13000 W from the brand CombiSteel is a high-quality kitchen equipment specially designed for professionals. This plancha has a power of 13000 W, allowing it to reach a maximum temperature of 300°C and a minimum temperature of 50°C.

The advantages of this smooth chrome gas plancha are numerous:

  • Heating Zone: With its 2 heating zones, this plancha allows for simultaneous cooking of multiple foods, which is ideal for saving time.
  • Easy Cleaning: The inclined cooking surface and the liquid drainage hole allow for easy and convenient cleaning. No more hours spent scrubbing to remove cooking residues!
  • Used Oil Reservoir: This plancha is equipped with a used oil reservoir, making it easy to collect fats and dispose of them effortlessly.
  • Temperature Control: Thanks to its thermostat, you can easily adjust the cooking temperature according to your preferences.
  • Maximum Insulation: The appliance is designed with maximum insulation to prevent heat loss and ensure uniform and efficient cooking of your food.

Made of chrome and equipped with a gas valve with safety valve, this gas plancha can operate with both LPG and natural gas. It also features a stainless steel grease collection drawer located inside the cabinet, an inclined cooking surface for easy and convenient cleaning with a liquid drainage hole, a homogeneous cooking surface, a used oil reservoir, a thermostat temperature control, and a piezoelectric ignition burner. The appliance's insulation prevents heat loss to the maximum.

Finally, this plancha is the ideal equipment to create a complete 700 mm deep countertop cooking line.
