Electric Chrome Plancha on Chest - Series 700 - 800 mm

Discover the CombiSteel Series 700 electric plancha, the essential tool for restaurateurs wishing to cook food to perfection. Designed with high-efficiency burners and a 15 mm thick steel plate, this plancha offers a 3 mm thick stainless steel cooking surface. A stainless steel grease collection drawer is placed inside the cabinet, and the cooking surface is tilted for easy cleaning. The cooking surface is uniform and includes a used oil reservoir. It is equipped with a thermostat that controls the temperature and a thermocouple safety device connected to the burner. The device's insulation prevents heat loss to the maximum.
