Ideal for catering professionals, this Profi Line Fryer with Drain Tap has a tank with a generous capacity of 8 L. Made of 18/0 stainless steel, it ensures strength and durability. It is equipped with a removable heating element that automatically stops when removed from the appliance. Additionally, its V-shaped oil tank allows for better insulation of the cold zone.

Furthermore, its control button and temperature indicators are located on the top of the appliance for easy use. It even has heat protection with a thermal fuse and reset function. With dimensions of L 305 x D 515 x H 350 mm, it comes with a frying basket with an extra-long handle for intensive use.
