Electric Fryer with Drain Valve - 10 L This Electric Fryer with Drain Valve is ideal for catering professionals. Made of stainless steel, it is sturdy and durable. Additionally, it is equipped with a tank with a capacity of 10 L allowing you to cook up to 14 kg of fries per hour. It includes temperature control with adjustable thermostat and a drain valve with gooseneck and safety valve. Furthermore, it is equipped with an on/off switch, a safety cut-off, and a cold zone. It also has self-locking removable resistances with a power of 7.5 kW. These are composed of three independent elements of 2.5 kW each. - 1 basket - Number of tanks: 1 - Drain valve: Yes - Tank capacity: 10 L Attention: do not use solid fat. Comes with a basket that can hold up to 1.5 kg of frozen fries. The product must be installed by a professional to benefit from the warranty. All three-phase electrical equipment is delivered without a cable.
