Four à Pizza Compact - 2 Chambres

Idéal pour les professionnels de la restauration, ce Four à Pizza Compact à 2 Chambres de Cuisson vous permet de faire cuire plusieurs pizzas de 39 cm de diamètre maximum. Il possède un fond en pierres réfractaires pour une cuisson optimale et des pizzas croustillantes. Réalisé en acier inoxydable 18/0, il est gage de robustesse et de durabilité. Sa porte avec vitre, quand à elle, peut être ouverte sans pour autant arrêter la cuisson. 

D'autre part, ses chambres sont chauffées par trois éléments chauffants efficaces : un en haut, un en bas et un entre les deux chambres. Ces derniers peuvent être réglés indépendamment de 50°C à 350°C. L'appareil peut donc être utilisé pour la cuisson de pizzas mais également de pains, de lasagnes et d'autres types de plats. Compact, il convient parfaitement pour les petites cuisines ou les food-trucks. 

De plus, il peut fonctionner en mode continu ou avec un minuteur. Ce dernier peut être réglé jusqu'à 120 minutes. Une fois le temps écoulé, il arrête de chauffer. Enfin, le four est doté d'un câble d'alimentation de plus ou moins 1,7 m de long avec une prise de terre.
