Friteuse Électrique avec Vanne de Vidange - 2 x 10 L

Cette Friteuse Électrique avec Vanne de Vidange est idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration. Elle est équipée de deux cuves d'une capacité de 10 L chacune. De plus, elle dispose d'un contrôle de la température par thermostat réglable ainsi que de vannes de vidange avec sécurité et col de cygne. Elle comprend également une zone froide, un interrupteur marche/arrêt et une coupure de sécurité. 

Ses résistances de levage auto-bloquantes bénéficient d'une puissance de 7,5 kW. Ces dernières se composent de 3 éléments indépendants de 2,5 kW. D'autre part, chaque cuve peut cuire jusqu'à 14 Kg par heure. Conçue en acier inoxydable, cette friteuse est gage de solidité et de durabilité.
