Ce percolateur à café professionnel est équipé d’une contenance de 6 litres et donc d’une capacité à servir 40-48 tasses.

Ce percolateur professionnel en acier inoxydable est un outil indispensable pour tous ceux qui ont besoin de café en grosse quantité, il est doté d'un indicateur de niveau de remplissage. 

Il est équipé de 2 systèmes de chauffe indépendants il vous garantira une percolation optimale et un maintien au chaud de votre café. 

Entretenir son percolateur :

Pour pouvoir utiliser votre percolateur à café professionnel pendant très longtemps il suffit de suivre quelques règles très simples:
Ne le laissez pas chauffer à sec afin d’éviter d’endommager la résistance
Cet appareil dispose d'un système de protection anti-chauffe : si celui-ci s'active il suffit d'enclencher le bouton RESET situé sous l'appareil pour permettre le redémarrage du percolateur.
Nettoyer votre percolateur après chaque utilisation pour enlever tout résidu de café séché
Utiliser très régulièrement un détartrant adapté afin de prévenir tout dépôt de calcaire.
