La Plancha à Gaz à Plaque Lisse de CombiSteel est l’équipement parfait pour les restaurants qui recherchent une solution de cuisson fiable et durable. Avec ses dimensions de 800 x 700 mm, sa puissance de 13 000 W et sa température allant jusqu’à 300°C, elle peut répondre à tous les besoins culinaires.

Grâce à sa conception robuste en acier inoxydable, le revêtement de la plaque est très résistant à la corrosion et la surface de cuisson est homogène. Ses équipements de sécurité, tels que la valve à gaz avec soupape de sécurité et le thermostat de sécurité permettent de cuire en toute sécurité.
