Comptoir De Préparation 2 Portes - 527 L - 16 x GN 1/6

Idéal pour les professionnels de la restauration, ce Comptoir De Préparation 2 Portes peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 bacs GN 1/6 de 100 mm de profondeur. Robuste et fiable, le comptoir de préparation à 2 portes vous permet de préparer des pizzas, des sandwichs, des wraps et bien plus encore, le tout en un seul endroit. D'une capacité de 527 L, il vous permet un accès rapide à vos produits frais. 

Conçu en acier inoxydable, il possède un couvercle isolé, un affichage numérique constant et une commande entièrement automatique. Il comprend également une planche à découper amovible mesurant 1553 mm de long, 290 mm de profondeur et 14 mm de hauteur. La hauteur de ce comptoir de préparation lorsque le couvercle est ouvert est d'une hauteur totale maximale de 1330 mm.

Réalisé pour stocker de manière fiable vos produits, ce comptoir de préparation est muni d'un puissant système de refroidissement à air forcé. Il est donc idéal pour réduire le risque de détérioration des aliments tout en préservant leur saveur et leur valeur nutritive.  Si vous prévoyez d'ouvrir votre armoire très fréquemment, le système de réfrigération Polar U-Series maintient de manière fiable une température froide constante dans des conditions de température ambiante allant jusqu'à 40°C.
