Idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration, cette Tour À Pâtisserie Série U 2 Portes en acier inoxydable a une capacité de 427 litres. Elle a une longueur de 1510mm, une profondeur de 800mm, et une hauteur de 860mm. Dégivrage semi-automatique avec intervalle de temps et affichage numérique constant. Avec roulettes verrouillables. Compatible avec les plaques de pâtisserie (600 x 400mm), capacité maximale de 7 plaques par porte. Le système de réfrigération maintient de manière fiable une température froide et constante dans des conditions de température ambiante jusqu'à 43 °C. Avec une plage de température de 2 °C à 8 °C.

Les réfrigérateurs Polar U-Series sont conçus pour conserver de manière fiable vos produits de grande valeur. Construits selon les spécifications commerciales les plus strictes, ces appareils sont dotés d'un puissant système de refroidissement à air pulsé, idéal pour réduire le risque de détérioration des aliments tout en préservant leur saveur et leur valeur nutritive.
