Elektrische Plancha met Gladde Plaat Serie 700 - 800 x 700 mm

De Elektrische Plancha met Gladde Plaat Serie 700 van CombiSteel is het perfecte gereedschap voor restaurants die op zoek zijn naar een handige en duurzame kookoplossing. Met zijn vermogen van 7200 W en een stalen plaat van 15 mm dikte, kunt u met deze plancha voedsel perfect en gelijkmatig bereiden.

Dankzij deze plancha kunt u alle soorten koken aan, van zacht tot hoog, dankzij de thermostaat waarmee u de temperatuur kunt instellen tussen 50°C en 300°C. Bovendien is het voorzien van een vetopvanglade waarmee u gemakkelijk vetten kunt opvangen en afvoeren.

In één oogopslag, hier zijn de belangrijkste voordelen van de Elektrische Plancha met Gladde Plaat Serie 700 - 800 x 700 mm van CombiSteel:

  • Stalen platen, verwarmd of verchroomd, van 15 mm dikte
  • Kookoppervlak van 3 mm dikke roestvrijstalen plaat
  • Vetopvanglade van roestvrij staal binnenin de kast
  • Schuin kookoppervlak voor eenvoudige en handige reiniging met vloeistofafvoergat
