Gegroefde Gasplancha - 400 x 700 mm

Deze Gegroefde Gasplancha - 400 x 700 mm is de ideale oplossing voor restauranthouders die op zoek zijn naar kwaliteitsbereiding en gelijkmatig koken. Met een vermogen van 9000 W en een gewicht van 105 kg biedt het uitstekende weerstand en snelle en gelijkmatige kookresultaten. De gietijzeren plaat is gegroefd voor een gezondere en smaakvollere bereiding. Het kookrooster is afneembaar en de watertank is gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Bovendien is het uitgerust met een waterafvoerpunt om overstromingen en lekkages te voorkomen, en een waterbak die verdamping tijdens het koken mogelijk maakt. Het heeft ook twee aparte kookzones die isolatie bieden om de hitte rond de grill te verminderen.
