Ontworpen voor horecaprofessionals, combineert deze Professionele Elektrische Plancha elegant kracht en precisie, wat bij elk gebruik een uitzonderlijke kookervaring garandeert.

In het hart van het ontwerp van deze plancha ligt een robuuste kracht van 3000 watt, die in staat is om het kookoppervlak van 545 x 350 mm snel te verwarmen. De temperatuur kan eenvoudig worden aangepast van 50 tot 300°C dankzij een ingebouwde thermostaat, waardoor chefs perfect de bereiding van diverse voedingsmiddelen kunnen beheersen, of het nu gaat om vlees, groenten of zeevruchten.

Het gladde oppervlak van de kookplaat is gemaakt van 8 mm dik ijzer, wat zorgt voor een uniforme warmteverdeling en weerstand tegen slijtage en vervorming. Deze eigenschap is essentieel voor professionele keukens waar de apparatuur urenlang continu en intensief moet kunnen functioneren.
