Elektrische friteuse met aftapkraan - 10 L Deze elektrische friteuse met aftapkraan is ideaal voor professionals in de horeca. Gemaakt van roestvrij staal, is het stevig en duurzaam. Bovendien is het voorzien van een kuip met een capaciteit van 10 L waarmee u tot 14 kg friet per uur kunt bakken. Het heeft een temperatuurregeling via een instelbare thermostaat en een aftapkraan met zwanenhals en veiligheidsventiel. Daarnaast is het uitgerust met een aan/uit-schakelaar, een veiligheidsschakelaar en een koude zone. Het heeft ook zelfblokkerende opklapbare weerstanden met een vermogen van 7,5 kW. Deze bestaan uit drie onafhankelijke elementen van elk 2,5 kW. 1 mandje Aantal kuipen: 1 Aftapkraan: Ja Capaciteit van de kuip: 10 L Let op: geen vast vet gebruiken. Wordt geleverd met een mandje voor maximaal 1,5 kg diepvriesfriet. Het product moet door een professional worden geïnstalleerd om aanspraak te maken op de garantie. Alle driefasige elektrische apparatuur wordt geleverd zonder kabel.
