Rijstkoker - 6 L van het merk Bartscher, een onmisbaar apparaat voor professionele koks. Met een gewicht van 6,9 kg en een voeding van 230 V, biedt deze rijstkoker een vermogen van 2080 W voor optimale prestaties. De roestvrijstalen structuur zorgt voor robuustheid en duurzaamheid, met afmetingen van 450 mm in lengte, 390 mm in diepte en 345 mm in hoogte, en een royale capaciteit van 6 L om te voldoen aan de behoeften van professionele keukens.

Rijst koken en warm houden - zonder dat het plakt of verbrandt. De binnenpan van aluminium met antiaanbaklaag is uitneembaar, hittebestendig en zorgt voor perfecte kookresultaten. De meegeleverde siliconenmat beschermt tegen verbranding en maakt het schoonmaken van het apparaat eenvoudig voor dagelijks gebruik.

De rijstkoker is uitgerust met een controlelampje om het koken en warmhouden gemakkelijk te controleren. De automatische warmhoudfunctie zorgt ervoor dat u op elk moment perfecte porties rijst kunt serveren. Met een capaciteit van 25 tot 30 porties rijst is dit apparaat ideaal voor restaurants, cateraars of andere horecabedrijven.
